Does it get harder?
Tell me....does it get harder? As you get closer to goal? Does that rate at which you lose weight change? I mean really. I could probably work out harder, ok, not harder - but longer. I could not possibly eat less. I could eat more... or different things. But I don't want to....I don't want to start down that same old path of obsessing and worrying and calculating and journaling and measuring and... blbbhd;hasdfjaksdjf;laksjdf;. You know? I don't want to. I am being a baby. But for an obsessed control freak, these last 7 months have been heavenly.... workout, eat a little, lose weight. This month has sucked and I want onederland so badly I can taste it. March 26th was my original goal for onederland...can it possibly be done at this point?

Not at all....your body will reach a point to where it will slow down. I look at it as a test to see if I've truly changed my lifestyle or if I've just been on a long and glorified diet?! Lifestyle change is forever, not until one gets upset because the numbers aren't falling off as fast as we would like. Keep your chin up! You're doing great. And I promise, you will be rewarded for ALL your hardwork!
ReplyDeleteYou are NOT done. Are you tracking calories/protein by writing it down? How much do you work out? The process doesn't get harder or easier. You just have too keep going and slightly reducing your calorie intake as you lose. You CAN do it! :)
ReplyDeleteThere always is a slow down!! Hell I am waiting for my speed up! I honestly think I will always track something in some way...be it calories or water..I just don't ever see myself out of feeling like this is actually a glorified diet. I think I am okay with that...hmmm?
