Who's portion is that portion size?

Ok, I have resolved to track for 3 days starting tomorrow.  My weight loss has been slow for the last 3 weeks and I feel like I need to figure out what is up.  Have a doc appt on Thursday so I thought I would track this week and go see the nutritionist when I am there.

The thing is...I almost never eat as much as I plan to eat.  I definitely could not eat a whole lean cuisine or smart ones meal.  So then I need to try to figure out what part of a serving I actually consumed.  Was that 3/4 or 2/3?  AND, when something comes back up, how exactly does one calculate for that?  I bought a whole bunch of new protein things...tofu, beans, different stuff to try this week.  I thought Weight Watchers was time consuming....I can't wait for the next 3 days.  .66 of a serving of this, .2345667 of a serving of that.  4 navy beans, 16 peas, you get my point?  What fun.  Can you tell I am a little hostile?

  1. Lol. I do know what you mean. I plan on 4oz of chicken and can barely eat 1. It makes it hard to get my protein in!
