How did I get here....

I am in my 180s.... I cannot believe it.  I cannot believe this dream I had has finally come true.  I cannot believe that I have stayed committed and focused and the payback has come to fruition.  I am in shock...  I am in awe.  I have almost lost 100 pounds in less than 9 months.... I never even dreamed this would be possible.  OMG....  For those of you out there just starting your journey, stay the course.  Enjoy the ride.  You are worth it and you can do it.

    So happy for you. You are an inspiration to many. I wish I had gotten the band 8 years ago when my weight got out of control. Good for you, you will go into your 40's thin and healthy and STAY that way.
